We met Scott in the neighbourhood and are very glad we did. From the beginning, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and never pressured us into making a decision. We searched for over a year and probably looked at 15–20 properties, and Scott was always patient and kept narrowing the search as he learned more about what was important to us. One thing we really appreciated was his honesty. If he saw something about a property that he didn't think worked for us, he would point it out rather than just trying to make a sale. When we finally found our cottage, Scott was great throughout the negotiations. He kept us informed about what was happening and what he was hearing from the seller's agent, which made the whole process much easier. Even after closing, when a few issues came up, Scott stayed involved, answered our questions and helped wherever he could. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond.
